Attacking Trademark and Copyright Law: Basic Training

This one-hour CLE was a basic introduction to intellectual property law for general and non-IP lawyers with an equal focus on trademark and copyright law. The distinction between copyright and trademark protection was explained using the Louis D. Brandeis Law Society's recent application to trademark its logo as an example.
