The Legality of Drone Strikes and Interrogation Tactics in the War on Terrorism

Join AJC and the Louis D. Brandeis Law Society for "The Legality of Drone Strikes and Interrogation Tactics in the War on Terrorism," for 1.5 hour CLE credits. Amos Guiora, professor of law at the University of Utah, is a widely-recognized expert on international law, terrorism and counterterrorism. In this presentation he will discuss the legality of drone strikes (whether by Israel or US) in international law and U.S. Constitutional law, including the implications that arise if a target is a U.S. citizen. The use of advanced interrogation techniques will also be discussed.
