Professional Experience

Will has worked on over $2 Billion in commercial real estate transactions since starting in the CRE industry in 2017 in the following asset classes: Land, Hospitality, Office, Retail, Multi Family, Industrial, and Healthcare.

He became a licensed attorney in 2022 and holds licenses in Nevada and Pennsylvania.

His philosophy is to uses economic tools in addition to legal skills in his approach to law practice. He is an expert in Financial Modeling and Valuation, Debt and Equity Underwriting, which informs his approach to legal advice in the CRE investment space.

In his current role as CRE Private Equity Lawyer, his services include, but are not limited to, formation of and structuring partnership or operating documents for CRE investments and funds; evaluation, drafting and negotiation of debt instruments and supporting document; drafting distressed debt workout bespoke contracts and conducting due diligence on the same; ensuring securities compliance for CRE investments funds; managing CRE debt equity or transfer issues. He also provides strategic tax planning services to clients through his firm.

Will has also successfully completed multiple litigation matters, advised dozens of clients on estate planning and income tax filings, manages the corporate formalities and compliance for 11 entities, and regularly advises business clients on partnership buyouts and restructuring and general contract matters.

Will Is also a candidate for LLM in Taxation from Temple Law School and graduates in 2026.
