Professional Experience

Zachary is an associate with the Corporate and Commercial Litigation practice group of Berger McDermott.

Prior to joining the firm, Zachary was an associate in the Bankruptcy & Restructuring practice group at Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg, LLP, and served as a judicial law clerk to Chief Judge Christopher S. Sontchi and Judge Kevin Gross on the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

Zachary received his Juris Doctor from Widener University Delaware Law School in 2019. While there, Zachary served as editor-in-chief of the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law, held a seat on the board of the Transactional Law Honors Society, and externed for Judge Thomas L. Ambro of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and Justice Lee A. Solomon of the Supreme Court of New Jersey.

Zachary is a Jewish Ideas Fellow through the Hebrew Union College.
